Bedrooms – The 6 bedrooms in this house all have classic décor. Five bedrooms have double or antique beds, while one has a single bed. High-quality linen with extra cushions. High-beamed ceiling allows more sunlight and air to flood these rooms. Class chandeliers hang from the ceiling. First flood bedrooms have private balconies offering incredible sea views. Guests staying at the ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the lawn. There is a sitting area inside. Hardwood flooring.
Bathrooms – For the convenience of guests, all 6 bedrooms have private bathrooms. They have antique sinks and faucets, going with the overall house décor. Bathtubs and shower areas. There are classic chandeliers in the bathrooms too. Towels and toiletries are provided.
Living Room – You will find classical Italian furniture also in the villa’s living space. It is very elegantly designed with the finest you will find on the island. Comfortable sofa and chairs face the fireplace. There is marble flooring and Roman columns, which are also made with the best-quality marble. An entire wall opens to the outdoor terrace facing the sea. There is a hammock here.
Dining, Kitchen – There are several dining areas in this holiday villa for rent. Enjoy your dinner in the formal space that sits 12 guests. It is just behind the living room. There is a second table at one corner of the kitchen a smaller group of 6 people. You can also have drinks or food under the large palapa. Many guests like to spend their time around the fire pit with a drink while enjoying a fabulous sunset.
Swimming Pool – You will love the infinity pool of this mansion. The large pool and Jacuzzi offers clear view of the Mediterranean. The patio also has an outdoor shower and swim-up bar. The barbecue and fire pit is at one corner. You will find a lot of comfortable lounge seating.

This was certainly the most beautiful house we ever rented. A luxurious house, well located and very close to the beach! We had some questions while booking, which Cyprus Villas answered quickly to our complete satisfaction. Casa Roca was exactly as promised.
The atmosphere is fantastic and friendly and was such a great experience, we shall never forget. This villa is right near the coast. The infinity pool was fantastic, much larger than most villas which was great. Overall the experience has been a memorable one and memories that we shall all cherish forever. Thank you.
