Argaka is a charming village in the western coast of the island. It is very serene and peaceful, perfect for guests who are looking for a quieter getaway, surrounded by nature. Several streams flow down from the Troodos Mountains to the long coastline close to the village, including a large stream just next to the village. Often, many rare Loggerhead and Green turtles come to nest throughout the Argaka beaches. The neighboring village of Latchi has a beautiful coastal paved walkway. The scenic harbor of Pomos is very close. There are a few traditional tavernas here. The seafood of Pomos is famous throughout Cyprus.
