Bedrooms – Casa Ferica has four spacious bedroom suites. Each room has its own unique style and personality. There is a different color theme in them all. But they all have large double beds, patterned Persian rugs, creamy tile flooring, comfortable cushions, ivory walls, and elegant drapery. A large door opens to the pool or patio. There is private sitting within the room and outside.

Bathrooms – Enjoy spa-like bathrooms with great ambience, thanks to the wood, glass, and marble work. There are double sinks, antique faucets, shower areas, and bathtubs. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – Cross through the arched gateway and you will reach the villa’s cozy living room. It has a satellite television, fireplace, and ample sitting for everyone. Local artwork and objects of art decorate this room. Fish sculptures will remind you of the sea. One entire wall opens to the sun terrace. Rustic touches include wrought iron railings on the stairways and wood-beamed vaulted ceilings.

Casa Ferica is located in the village of Argaka in north-western Cyprus. It is north of Peyia. To your east will be the Paphos Forest, while the western side has a long stretch of coastline. You can sometimes see pods of whales along the beach close to this villa for rent. The village has many orchards, a few vineyards, and plenty of trees. It is a very scenic and relaxing landscape.
