Bedrooms – Villa Livia is divided into two levels. The ground floor has one double bedroom that offers direct access to a private patio. There are two bedrooms on the upper level. One of them has a double bed, while the other has twin beds. They both share a balcony from where you will get stunning nature and sea views. All the bedrooms in this Cypriot property are air-conditioned, heated, and en-suite.

Bathrooms – They are simple, yet functional. They have a tiled wall, modern sinks, mirror, wardrobe, and a bathtub.

Living Room – The ground floor living area is bright and modern. There is a large L-shaped deep-cushioned sofa facing a large door, which opens to the pool terrace. The large covered balcony with sitting is outside. You will find a billiards board here. Big windows bring in the sun to flood the room. There is a coffee table and music system. Staircase leads to the upper level from one corner.

Dining, Kitchen – The villa’s formal dining space is at one corner of the living room. The table sits all 6 guests. There is a breakfast bar just behind the table. Outside under the covered veranda, you will find a second dining table. Enjoy beautiful coastline and sunset views while you have some snacks or sip on your drinks. Guests will everything in the kitchen like a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and a toaster.

Swimming Pool – Steps come down gently from the house to the pool terrace. The heated swimming pool is certainly a highlight of this property in Cyprus. Kids can safely splash around in its shallow end, while the adults take a dip in its deeper side. A green lawn and tall trees surround the private pool. Sunbeds and umbrellas are placed in one side of the pool. There is also a brick BBQ.
