Bedrooms – The villa is spread out over four levels. You will enter Mare Lombardi through the pool area and the basement garage. There is an en-suite bedroom at this level. The ground level also has one bedroom. The remaining three are on the next level. All bedrooms are en-suite and air-conditioned. They all have large double beds that can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. One of them open to a private balcony through a glass sliding door.

Bathrooms – The bathrooms are huge. They have bathtubs or walk-in shower cubicles, modern sinks and faucets. Shampoo, hair dryer, and towels and provided.

Living Room – On entering, you will reach a relaxing sitting area with large sofa sets and chairs around a modern center table. There is a flat-screen television and fireplace right in front. Paintings decorate the walls. There is a second lounging space, also with a television. Both these sections of the house are air-conditioned, thanks to the central cooling system. An internal lift will carry you to all the floors, except the roof.

Kitchen, Dining – The villa’s formal dining area is small in size. Up to 4 guests can sit here to have a meal. There is a second dining area in the roof terrace. You can have food here, while appreciating the views. Or you can also have food/snacks outside on the pool terrace. There is also a breakfast bar next to the kitchen, where you will find many modern appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and washing machine.

Swimming Pool – As you enter this holiday villa for rent, you will find the 60 square meter private pool to your right. It has a shallow end where the kids can splash around safely. Loungers and chairs surround the pool. The villa has an outdoor shower at one end.
