Bedrooms – Villa Maria has 3 bedrooms, all en-suite and air-conditioned. The master suite is located on the ground floor, while the 2 other guest rooms are on the upper level. Two of the bedrooms, including the master suits has king beds, and the third room has twin beds. Glass sliding ceiling to floor door opens to the pool terrace and patio. All bedrooms have side tables, lamp shades, paintings, and large wardrobes. The bedrooms have safety deposit box.

Bathrooms – The villa has modern bathrooms with power showers, wash basins, and modern faucets. Towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided.

Living Room – What you will immediately notice is the atrium that gives this villa a real feeling of space and light. The open-plan living area is stylishly furnished.
