There are just a few houses nearby, separated by tall trees and green acres. The house has the Mediterranean Sea on one side and rolling hills on the other. You can be at the beach in less than 5 minutes.

Bedrooms – The house has only two bedrooms, both en-suite and air-conditioned. One of them has a queen bed, while the others have twin beds. Both the floors have a bedroom each. The queen room has a beautiful four-poster bed with a side table, bedside lamp, a huge wardrobe, and dressing area. The first floor bedroom opens to a balcony with views.

Bathrooms – Both the bathrooms have tiled walls, large mirrors, modern sinks with faucets, bathtubs, and shower areas. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – The ground floor living area is nice and cozy. It has a deep-cushioned sofa around a modern coffee table. A chandelier hangs from the top. Staircase leads to the first floor from one side. A large glass sliding door opens to the pool terrace. Sitting here, you will enjoy wonderful green views and the morning sun coming in from the patio doors and windows.

Kitchen, Dining – The dining area is very sunny, thanks to large glass sliding doors here. It sits up to 6 guests. However, if you want, you can pull the blinds for shade. You will find everything you will need in the kitchen – a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Please note, only the bedrooms in the house have air-conditioning.

Swimming Pool – Roman steps lead down gently into the private pool, which is surrounded by many sun beds. Splash around in the pool, relax on a sun bed, or head to the covered terrace for shade. It has an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. There are many tall trees all around.

Villa Charoulla gives you plenty of options. You can simply do nothing and just relax, enjoying the Mediterranean sun. All the beaches here are very quiet as very few tourists come to stay here. You can visit the nearby village of Polis and learn about the traditional lifestyle of the people. You may also explore the Akamas Peninsula, Afrodite’s Baths, and the many other attractions in this part of the island. Hire a boat at Latchi and visit the magnificent blue lagoon. Or, you can go on a hiking or horse riding trip to explore the region. There are many monasteries full of history.
