A modern property in Cyprus, on the island’s western end. A good choice for a large group of up to 10 guests. You can also rent this Cypriot house together with our two other adjoining villas if you have a larger group. Total 10 bedrooms. However, each property is private and independent.

Bedrooms – Sublime Villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, spread over two levels. Four of them, including the master suite is located on the upper level. The master suite has a private balcony. Each bedroom is individually decorated. They have double or twin beds, sitting areas, wardrobe, a dressing area, study table, and paintings on the wall. The fifth bedroom, on the ground floor, has twin beds, and an en-suite shower room.

Bathrooms – The en-suite bathrooms are simple and functional. They have sinks, modern faucets, mirrors, and shower cubicles.

Living Room – The ground floor living space is large and very comfortable. Spend an evening together catching up on the old times on the deep-cushioned sofa. Watch a movie on the large-screen television. There is a small movie library and a few books in this Cypriot property for rent. This part of the house is also air-conditioned. A large glass door opens to the outside terrace.

Dining, Kitchen – Take a few steps from the living space and you will reach the dining area. There is a second dining area in the kitchen. It sits all 10 guests. Use the kitchen to prepare your kind of meals. You will find the kitchen stocked with many modern appliances, cutlery, and glassware. A door leads from here to the terrace.

Swimming Pool – Sublime Villa’s highlight is its curved private pool and the wide sundeck that has many loungers and umbrellas. It is a heated pool with a shallow end for the kids. A lush tropical garden with many tall trees, flowering plants, and a small manicured lawn surrounds the pool. Take a dip in the clean water, relax while reading a book or sipping a drink, enjoy a barbecue on the terrace.
