The house is located in an exclusive residential community in a village area. There is lush greenery everywhere. Many tall trees, flowering plants, and banana plantations all around. It is a very quiet and serene place, perfect for a relaxing vacation on a Mediterranean island. Tranquil Villa is far away from the touristy areas, and yet, close to many tourist attractions on the island.

Villa Description

A modern holiday villa for rent for a small group of friends or 3 couples in a village community close to the sea. We have two other properties next to Tranquil with a total of 10 bedrooms for a larger group of tourists.

Bedrooms – All three bedrooms in the house are located in the upper level. They are all en-suite. The master bedroom and another bedroom also have a private balcony. They have double or twin beds, side tables, lamp shades, wardrobes, a dressing area, and paintings on the walls.

Bathrooms – There are a total of 4 washrooms. Three of them are with the bedrooms, while the other is in the ground level with the living area. They are simple and functional spaces with modern sinks and faucets, shower areas.

Living Room – The ground floor living room has a large comfortable sofa that will seat everyone. You can watch a movie on the television here or take a book from the library. There is also a sound system in case you want to listen to music. Large sliding windows provide nice garden and pool views. French door leads to the terrace area.

Dining, Kitchen – Villa Tranquil has a modern open-plan dining and kitchen with a balcony where you will find the barbecue. The kitchen has modern appliances like a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, chimney, and washing machine. The table sits 6 guests. You can also have food and drinks outside on the covered terrace or beside the swimming pool.

Swimming Pool – The private pool is at the center of the large terrace. It is surrounded by lush greenery, many tall trees, and flowering plants, providing a natural barrier. There are sunbeds and umbrellas all around. Relax and sunbathe in complete privacy. Attractive Roman pillars are placed on one side of the swimming pool. There is a children's playground as well beside the pool.

Neighborhood

The Blue Flag crescent-shaped Coral Bay beach is only 2 kilometers from this holiday villa for rent. You will find many restaurants, pubs, taverns, and shops here. The closest restaurant is just 400 meters away. You can also visit the sea caves, see a shipwreck along the coast and visit the St. George’s Bay, which also has many fish taverns. The Akamas Peninsula offers many hidden bays and secluded beaches. It also has several hiking trails.
