It is only 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes from a shipwreck. There are banana plantations and tall trees all around this property in Cyprus. The neighborhood doesn’t have any bug hotel or resort, so you will hardly see any tourists.

Bedrooms – Both the bedrooms, including the master suite are located on the upper level. They have large comfortable double beds or twin beds, wardrobe, study table, paintings on the wall, and air-conditioning. Large window provides direct sea views. The master bedroom has a private balcony that overlooks the sea and pool.

Bathrooms – There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the house. 2 of them are with the bedrooms. They are functional spaces with modern sinks and faucets, shower areas, and bathtubs.

Living Room – The ground floor living space has comfortable sofas and chairs spread throughout the room. There is a coffee table, satellite television, books you can read, and fireplace. Big windows provide views of the garden and pool area. A staircase leads to the lower floor where you will find the Jacuzzi and sauna room. There is also a pool table and table tennis board here.

Dining, Kitchen – Apollon is a self-catering villa. You can use the well-equipped kitchen that has a microwave, toaster, kettle, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Cutlery and glassware is provided. The small dining area is located at the center of the kitchen. The table provides sitting for 4 guests. A door leads to the patio, where you will find the barbecue, gazebo, and the pool.

Swimming Pool – Come down a few steps from the main house and you reach the private swimming pool. Loungers and umbrellas surround this kidney-shaped pool. It also has tall trees and many flowering plants all around. At one side you will find a garden with a patio and games for kids.

Neighborhood
