Bedrooms – The 3 bedrooms are all on the upper floor of the house. The master bedroom comes with a private sun terrace, offering stunning Mediterranean views. It has a double bed, bedside table, television, wardrobe, and sofa. The second bedroom also has a large double bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. They are all air-conditioned and en-suite. all bedrooms have black out blinds / curtains.

Bathrooms – The en-suite bathrooms come with beautiful tiled walls, modern sinks and faucets, large mirrors, and shower cubicles. Each bathroom has its own color theme. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – Open plan living throughout the house makes it more spacious than most other properties in Cyprus. The large living area is to the left as you enter the house. It has high-class fixtures & furnishings, two cushy sofas, armchairs, a satellite television, and fireplace. A glass sliding door opens to the pool terrace and the garden outside.

Kitchen, Dining – In the formal dining area, there is a luxurious marble table that sits 8 guests. Right next to this is the villa’s kitchen. It has a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. Tableware and glassware is provided.

Swimming Pool – Take a dip in the cool water of the Villa Claudia’s private pool. You will find the Jacuzzi next to the pool. They are both surrounded by the manicured lawn and garden with many tall trees and flowering plants. The garden extends all the way to the sea, so you are always close to the beach. When you are not swimming, you can relax on garden furniture or under the shade next to the pool.
