Bedrooms – All the 3 bedrooms are en-suite. They are located on the upper floor of the house. The master bedroom has a private verandah with beautiful nature views and a queen bed. The 2 other bedrooms both have two single beds. There are side tables, lamp shades, wardrobe. Unique blue and white color scheme provides a flavor of the sea.

Bathrooms – The washrooms are simple and functional. There is a sink, mirror, and shower area. Separate shower cubicle for the bathroom with the master bedroom. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – Pass through the sliding door and you will enter the ground floor living space of this villa for rent. It is fully air-conditioned like the bedrooms. There are two leather sofas, a large flat-screen television with Sky sports and British programs, a coffee table, and artistic chandelier. There is a second less formal living area just behind this.

Dining, Kitchen – A door opens from the living space to the villa’s well-equipped kitchen. It has a toaster, oven, electric cooker, large refrigerator, washing machine, chimney, and microwave. You have everything you need for your stay. The dining area is at one side of the living room. The large dining table sits all 6 guests. There is also a small dining area in the kitchen. You can also have food or snacks on the ground floor balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

Swimming Pool – Villa Raya has a private 8×4 swimming pool for the exclusive use of its guests. The pool has a shallow end for the kids. It is surrounded by a plush garden. Sunbeds and umbrellas are placed beside the pool. Splash around in the pool or relax in the garden or the sunbeds. There is also an outdoor barbecue on the lawn.
