Bedrooms – Villa Raya has 3 bedrooms. They are all en-suite and air-conditioned. All the bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the others have two single beds. Direct access to a balcony where you can have your morning cup of coffee. There is a side table, beautiful lamp shade, large wardrobe space for hanging and storage, and paintings on the wall.

Bathrooms – The villa has simple, yet functional bathrooms. There is a sink, mirror, and bathtub. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Living Room – Enter through the sliding door and you will be at the villa’s living room. It is fully air-conditioned. It has two leather sofas, a coffee table, a small library, and am internet plasma television with Sky sports, UK programming, and unlimited movies. You can see international channels. Beautiful chandelier hangs from the top.

Dining, Kitchen – The villa’s formal dining area is at one side of the open-plan living/dining space. Ample sitting for all 6 guests. A glass sliding door next to the table opens to the pool terrace. You can also have food under the covered balcony. Villa Raya has a well-equipped kitchen with many appliances you will need during your stay here. You will find an electric kettle, toaster, oven, electric cooker, microwave, freezer, and a large refrigerator. Cutlery, utensils, and glassware are provided.

Swimming Pool – This property in Cyprus has its own 110 x 150 private swimming pool with a shallow end. Relax in the pool or the sunbeds placed beside it. There is a small lawn too. Guests can also use the outdoor barbecue.
