A modern villa in a rural community for up to 6 guests. It’s well-planned interiors and huge outdoor areas will give you a relaxed vacation. It is in a secluded corner at the end of a private road. There is only one other villa close to this property.

Bedrooms – This western Cyprus villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor has a twin bedroom. You will get access to the pool terrace from here. The two other bedrooms are on the upper level. One of them is a double bedroom, while the other has twin beds. They both have access to a balcony with countryside and Mediterranean views. You can catch a stunning sunset view from here.

Bathrooms – The bathrooms have a sink, mirror, and a curtained bathtub. Simple, but functional, just like home.

Living Room – The villa has a large open-plan living and dining are with a flat-screen television, comfortable sofa with cushions, a coffee table, potted plants, paintings on the wall, and a fireplace for colder evenings. This section of the house is also air-conditioned. Glass sliding door leads to the outdoor terrace.

Dining, Kitchen – Guests staying in this villa can use its well-equipped kitchen. It has an oven, juicer, chimney, washing machine, large refrigerator, water purifier, microwave, toaster, and other appliances. There is a breakfast bar at one side with high chairs where you can have your morning coffee. The formal dining area is at one side of the kitchen and living space. The table sits all 6 guests.

Swimming Pool – Villa Savoye’s private pool is at the center of the large 500 square meter space. The pool itself is more than 30 meters in size. It has a shallow end with steps leading gently into it. Sunbeds and umbrellas surround the pool. You will find ping pong and a billiards table on the deck. At one end, there is a garden with tall trees.
